    1 85%-lean ground beef
    ¾ c. white onion, chopped
    2 (3-oz. each) beef-flavored Ramen noodles
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes
    1 (8-oz.) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
    ½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    2 c. Hy-Vee smooth and cheesy loaf, cubed
    Desired toppers, such as: lettuce, dill pickles, and chopped tomatoes

    • Medium bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook ground beef and onions until beef is brown and cooked through (165 degrees); drain.

    2. Separate beef ramen noodles into 4 squares. Combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and ramen seasoning packets in a medium bowl. Layer 1 cup tomato mixture, ramen squares, and remaining tomato mixture in prepared dish. Top with cooked ground beef and onions. 

    3. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top casserole with Hy-Vee smooth and cheesy loaf. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with lettuce, dill pickles, and chopped tomato, if desired.
