1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee deluxe fruit & grain medley cereal | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee raisins | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee lightly salted dry roasted peanuts | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee dry roasted sunflower kernels |
Directions
- In large bowl, microwave honey and canola oil on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir well and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture onto cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely, stirring occasionally, before storing snack mix in a tightly sealed container.
