Quick Meatball Hoagies
Servings and Ingredients
|1 c. Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning|
|1 tsp. onion powder|
|1 tsp. garlic powder|
|1 (14 oz) package Hy-Vee frozen Italian-style meatballs, thawed|
|5 hoagie buns|
|5 Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese slices, halved|
- In a medium pan, combine pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and meatballs. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until meatballs are heated through.
- To serve, divide meatballs on the bottom half of each hoagie bun. Cover with additional sauce and top each with 2 cheese halves and top half of hoagie bun.
