    1 lbs. Hy-Vee boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (13 oz) pkg Dole Asian Island Premium Salad Kit
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, well drained
    ¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro

    Directions

    1. Grill chicken breast until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Cool slightly and slice thinly.
    2. Toss all ingredients of salad kit with chicken, oranges and cilantro. Serve immediately.
