|1 ½ c. organic all-purpose flour|

|2 tbsp. organic ground cinnamon|

In large bowl, combine cooled melted butter, 2 cups organic coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread in prepared pan.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup organic coconut sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice. Sprinkle on top of mixture in pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set. Cool before cutting into bars.
