    Enjoy the flavors of fall with these pudding parfaits. Layers of pumpkin spice pudding accompany whipped topping and vanilla wafers.

    1 ¾ c.Hy-Vee 2% milk
    16whole vanilla wafers plus additional for garnish, if desired
    2 c.Hy-Vee original frozen whipped topping, divided
    sliced bananas, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine pudding mix and milk in a small sauce pan and cook according to package instructions.

    2. In juice glasses, layer 2 tablespoons cooled prepared pudding, two vanilla wafers and two tablespoons whipped topping. Repeat with another layer of 2 tablespoons pudding, 2 tablespoons whipped topping, and finish with an additional layer of 2 tablespoons pudding. Add bananas to the layers, if desired.

    3. Garnish with more whipped topping, whole vanilla wafers and banana slices.
