    1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice blend, plus additional for garnish
    ½ c. crushed ice
    Coconut whipped cream, for garnish
    Hy-Vee graham crackers, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Puree vanilla Greek yogurt, canned pumpkin, vanilla protein powder, honey, pumpkin pie spice blend, and crushed ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a large glass. Garnish with coconut whipped cream, graham crackers, and additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
