    2 c. sugar
    1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    4 large eggs
    2 (15 oz each) cans pumpkin
    2 can(s) evaporated milk
    2 packet(s) yellow cake mix
    1 c. butter, melted
    whipped cream, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk. Pour into ungreased 9-by-13-inch pan.
    3. Sprinkle both boxes of cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted butter.
    4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve topped with whipped cream.
