    1 c. Hy-Vee sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    3 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    ¼ c. water
    2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee mini chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Set aside.
    2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in pumpkin mixture; stir in chocolate chips.
    3. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
