Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

|½ (17.1 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry|
|1 (18 oz.) wheel brie|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg, lightly beaten|

- Silicone pastry brush
On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to create a large circle, about 3-inches longer and wider than the wheel of brie.
Place brie in the center of the pastry; fold edges of pastry around the brie, trimming excess pastry if needed.
Brush egg all over pastry. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
