    4-ingredient pancakes, coming right up! Use your favorite flavor of protein powder to make delicious flapjacks. We normally like to top them with fresh fruit, but sometimes we can't resist a little butter and syrup.

    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    Assorted fresh fruit, for serving

    Directions

    1. Mix together protein powder, egg, almond milk, and cinnamon until a batter is formed.

    2. Heat a lightly greased skillet to medium-high heat.

    3. Drop about 1/8 cup of batter onto heated skillet. When batter starts to bubble, flip and cook until browned on both sides. Serve warm with fresh fruit, if desired.
