2 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas, thawed | ||
1 c. frozen sweet soybeans (edamame), thawed | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vinegar | ||
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix peas, soybeans and cheese together.
- In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to peas/soybeans mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
