    ¼ c. tri-color peppercorns
    ½ c. Hy-Vee kosher salt
    ½ c. garlic, minced
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes
    3 sprig(s) fresh rosemary
    3 sprig(s) fresh thyme
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil

    Directions

    1. Place peppercorns in a bag and crush with rolling pin. Transfer to a small bowl.

    2. Combine peppercorns with salt, garlic, red pepper flakes and rosemary and thyme leaves.

    3. Mix salt, crushed peppercorns, rosemary and thyme leaves, garlic and red pepper.

    4. Distribute olive oil on roast and sprinkle with peppercorn mixture.

    5. Pat roast lightly so that the mixture adheres to the meat.
