    1 c. crushed Kashi Blueberry Cluster cereal
    1 c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 c. honey
    1 c. natural peanut butter
    1 scoop chia seed
    1 c. dark chocolate chips
    ½ c. dried cranberries blueberries
    ½ c. raisins
    1 scoop vanilla 100% Healthy Whey Protein

    Directions

    1. Mix ingredients together and form into 1-inch rounds, or press into 9-by-13 pan-inch and cut into 2-by-2-inch squares. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    2. Excellent for a breakfast on the go, or a mid-afternoon snack to keep you going! Feel free to experiment with your favorite mix-ins.
