1 wedge(s) Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese | ||

Directions
- Split and toast bagel. Meanwhile, place egg whites in a microwave-safe bowl about the size of a bagel. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, keeping watch to make sure eggs don't overflow.
- Spread cheese on toasted bagel. Top bottom bagel slice with tomato slice, cooked egg whites, avocado and spinach leaves. Season with salt to taste. Top with bagel top.
