2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
⅓ c. chopped onion
⅓ c. chopped celery
4 c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
1 c. Hy-Vee instant mashed potato flakes
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and celery. Cook until softened.
  2. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
  3. Turn off heat and stir in potato flakes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
