Directions
Cut potatoes crosswise in half; cut off a thin slice from rounded ends so potatoes stand straight. Using a melon baller, scoop out some of the center of each potato. Spoon or pipe cream cheese spread into each center; top with strip of salmon. Garnish with dill, if desired.
