5 c. portobello mushrooms, cut into sticks
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. no-salt seasoning blend
1 tsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped, optional
Hot chile pepper sauce, optional

  1. Grease a wire rack with nonstick cooking spray and place on a large rimmed baking pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and seasoning blend in a large bowl. Place onto prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until beginning to brown. Sprinkle fries with parsley and serve with hot chile pepper sauce, if desired.
