    QuantityIngredientAdd
1 (1.8 lb) center-cut pork loin fillet, trimmed
1 (8 oz) can That's Smart crushed pineapple, undrained
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cornstarch
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill pork loin over direct heat until pork loin is well browned, about 6 minutes per side. Move pork loin to a cooler part of the grill, cover and continue grilling, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 10 more minutes. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
    2. Meanwhile, to make spiced pineapple sauce, combine pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
    3. Serve spiced pineapple sauce with grilled pork loin.
