    4 (8-oz. each) bone-in pork chops
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    ¼ c. yellow onions, chopped
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee melted butter, melted
    1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 (10.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup
    ⅓ c. water

    Directions

    1. Brown pork chops in a large nonstick skillet. Place in a large baking dish.

    2. Combine bread crumbs, onion, butter, beaten egg and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop.
    3. Blend together soup and water. Pour over stuffing and pork chops.
    4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
