    ½ tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select 100% pure maple syrup
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil
    4 (4 oz each) boneless top loin pork chops
    1 c. Mango Black Bean Salsa from hy-vee.com, divided

    Directions

    1. To make marinade, combine cumin, garlic salt, maple syrup, lime juice and olive oil in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add pork and massage marinade into pork. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
    2. Heat large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops to skillet; discard marinade. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with mango black bean salsa.
