    6 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    4 c. thawed Hy-Vee country-style shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. Hy-Vee crispy onions, divided

    Directions

    1. Brown pork chops in a large non-stick skillet, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
    2. Whisk together soup, milk, sour cream and black pepper. Fold in hash brown potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Spread in a lightly greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top.
    3. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
