    1 ½ c.uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 c.peeled, shredded apples
    1 c.pomegranate seeds
    ½ c.Hy-Vee honey, divided
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla
    ¾ c.Almond Accents honey roasted almond slices

    Directions

    1. Stir together oats, milk, shredded apple, pomegranate seeds, 2 tbsp honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla.
    2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Dish out individual servings into 6 small bowls. Top each with 2 tablespoons almond slices and drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon honey.
    4. Refrigerate remaining muesli.
