Microwave chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl, uncovered, on 50 percent power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 50 percent power for 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate over desired fruit in ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
Once frozen, invert ice cube tray and remove chocolates. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
