Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.

|2 tbsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|4 oz.||Hy-Vee Select fresh honey-flavored goat cheese|
|1 c.||fresh arugula, lightly packed|
|3||medium plumcots, pitted and sliced|
|Gustare Vita balsamic glaze, for serving|
