Plum Spiced Jam Pastry
Servings and Ingredients
|½||(17 oz) pkg (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry, thawed|
|Hy-Vee flour, for dusting|
|½ c.||spiced jam|
|½ c.||feta cheese crumbles|
|2||plums, thinly sliced|
|Fresh thyme, for garnish|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Unfold puff pastry sheet. Place on a work surface lightly dusted with flour. Roll gently into an 8-3/4-inch square. Cut five 1-3/4-inch lengthwise strips of pastry. Make five 1-3/4-inch crosswise cuts to form 25 squares. Arrange squares on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Top each with spiced jam, cheese crumbles and one plum slice. If desired, garnish with thyme.
