¼ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
2 ripe plums, halved, pitted, each cut into 12 wedges | ||
1 c. halved red grapes | ||
4 gingersnap cookies, crushed |
Directions
- Simmer water and sugar in small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a medium bowl, combine plums and grapes. Pour sugar mixture over fruit. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- To serve, spoon fruit into dessert cups and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
