    1 ⅓ c.Hy-Vee That's Smart! coffee creamer powder
    1 ⅓ c.powdered strawberry milk drink mix
    ½ c.Hy-Vee mini marshmallows, plus additional for serving
    Fairlife 2% reduced-fat milk, for serving

    Directions

    1. Place white chocolate chips in freezer for 156 minutes. Transfer chips to a blender. Cover and blend until finely ground. 

    2. Combine ground white chocolate chips, coffee creamer, strawberry milk powder, and mini marshmallows in a large bowl. Spoon into three 1-pint jars. Cover and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.

    3. To serve, pour 1 cup milk into a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on HIGH until hot. Stir in 1/4 cup cocoa mix. Top with additional marshmallows, if desired.
