⅓ c. milk chocolate flavored melting wafers
1 c. white vanilla flavored melting wafers
Over the Top shocking neon flashy pink food coloring gel
Wilton rainbow chip crunch sprinkles, for decorating
M&M’s Minis milk chocolate baking bits, for decorating

  • Small microwave-safe bowl
  • 6 food-safe craft sticks
  • Medium microwave-safe bowl
  • Small spatula

Directions

  1. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place brownies in prepared pan, icing side up.

  2. Microwave milk chocolate melting wafers in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 15-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.

  3. Dip 1 food-safe craft stick 2 in. into melted chocolate; shake off excess. Insert stick 2 in. into the center of a short side of a brownie. Repeat with 5 more craft sticks and remaining brownies. Freeze brownies for 15 minutes.

  4. Microwave vanilla melting wafers in a medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 15-second intervals until melted, stirring each time. Stir in enough food coloring gel to tint melted wafers to desired pink color.

  5. Dip each brownie pop into the pink coating; use a small spatula to spread evenly and to within 1/2 in. of brownie bottom; return to parchment-lined baking pan. Decorate with sprinkles and baking bits, gently pressing to adhere. Let stand until pink coating sets.
