|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee sugar|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|2 c.||Hy-Vee flour|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|3 tsp.||Hy-Vee baking powder|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|¾ c.||drained Hy-Vee crushed pineapple|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee cinnamon|
|2 tbsp.||packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
- Beat eggs and sugar in mixing bowl. Add milk, flour, salt and baking powder, mixing lightly. Stir in oil and pineapple. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
