1 c. Hy-Vee 100% apple juice | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 cinnamon stick | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee crushed pineapple, drained | ||
1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, stir together apple juice and sugar.
- Add the cinnamon stick. Bring mixture to a boil.
- Stir in pineapple and cranberries. Return to a boil.
- Reduce heat. Boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool to room temperature. Remove cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until serving time.
