    1medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
    ½ c.red onion
    1jalapeno, seeded and finely diced

    1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until roughly chopped. Add diced pineapple and process until smooth.

    2. Remove cranberry pineapple mixture from food processor and place in a medium bowl. Mix in red onion and jalapeno to mixture, stirring to combine.
