    2 ¼ c. flour
    ½ tsp. sugar
    ⅓ c. cold milk
    ½ c. plus 1 tbsp canola oil

    Directions

    1. Mix flour and sugar.
    2. Pour milk and oil into measuring cup. Do not stir. Add all at once to flour. Stir with fork.
    3. With hands, form dough into a small ball. Roll out between 2 squares of waxed paper.
    4. Peel off waxed paper and invert into pie pans.
