1 ½ c. shortening or lard | ||

1 tbsp. vinegar | ||

Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add shortening and fix with a fork until crumbly.
- Beat egg in separate bowl. Add vinegar. Add water.
- Combine egg mixture with flour mixture. Mix with fork.
- Roll out on floured board. Ease into pie plates.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
