    2 c. broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 c. cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas
    ¼ c. chopped red onion
    4 slice(s) precooked bacon, crumbled
    ⅓ c. Almond Accents almonds
    ¾ c. fat-free mayonnaise
    ¼ c. sugar
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cider vinegar

    Directions

    1. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, peas, onion, bacon and almonds together in a medium mixing bowl.
    2. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
    3. Stir dressing into vegetable mixture to coat.
    4. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
