    1 lbs. beef cube steaks
    ½ envelope(s) Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
    ½ c. water
    4 hoagie or Italian rolls, split
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. In 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, cook steaks 2 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Remove steaks, keep warm.
    2. In same skillet, add onion soup mix blended with water; cook 2 minutes. Return steaks to skillet and cook 1 minute or until heated through. To serve, place steak on rolls; top with sauce and cheese.
