|1||(8 oz) package cream cheese, softened|
|2 tbsp.||Liquid Smoke|
|2 tbsp.||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp.||chopped onion|
|1 tsp.||Worcestershire sauce|
|Crackers, for serving|
- Beat together cream cheese and Braunschweiger. Stir in Liquid Smoke, lemon juice, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place on waxed paper and shape into roll and roll in parsley flakes or pack into a greased mold.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day. Serve with crackers.
