    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Braunschweiger
    2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    Crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Beat together cream cheese and Braunschweiger. Stir in Liquid Smoke, lemon juice, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Place on waxed paper and shape into roll and roll in parsley flakes or pack into a greased mold.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day. Serve with crackers.
