|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, divided|
|1 lbs. Hy-Vee Deli quality sliced roast beef, shredded or chopped into bite-size pieces|
|2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped|
|1 medium yellow onion, chopped (1 cup)|
|1 jar(s) (15-oz.) Hy-Vee Cheddar cheese dip|
|½ package(s) (8-oz.) Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened and cut up|
|2 tbsp. Hellman's roasted garlic sauce|
|1 c. shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese blend|
|Assorted dippers, such as crackers; Hy-Vee Bakery sliced hoagie rolls, toasted; Hy-Vee tortilla chips|

- Cast iron skillet
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add roast beef to skillet; cook and stir for 1 minute or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add green peppers and onion. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove 1/2 cup green pepper mixture from skillet; set aside for garnish.
Add cheese dip, cream cheese, and garlic sauce to remaining green pepper mixture in skillet; stir until melted. Stir in roast beef. Top with shredded cheese blend.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish with reserved green pepper mixture. Serve with assorted dippers.
