    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
    ¾ c. chopped red onion
    1 Freschetta brick oven 5 Italian cheese pizza
    ¼ lbs. thinly sliced roast beef, chopped

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute peppers and onions until softened and beginning to turn golden brown.
    2. Place pizza on baking sheet. Top with roast beef, peppers and onions.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 17 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
    4. Cut pizza into 16 squares.
