Philly Cheese Steak Poppers
Servings and Ingredients
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped|
|¾ c. chopped red onion|
|1 Freschetta brick oven 5 Italian cheese pizza|
|¼ lbs. thinly sliced roast beef, chopped|
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute peppers and onions until softened and beginning to turn golden brown.
- Place pizza on baking sheet. Top with roast beef, peppers and onions.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 17 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- Cut pizza into 16 squares.
