    Serves 4
    1 (19.2 oz) pkg 93%-lean ground turkey
    4 tbsp. prepared pesto, divided
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery hamburger buns
    1 c. baby spinach, divided
    8 slice(s) Di Lusso Black Forest ham (about 4 oz)
    4 slice(s) Sartori gold BellaVitano cheese (about 1/4 pound)
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Colby jack cheese
    ½ c. jarred sliced roasted red peppers, divided


    1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat.
    2. Form turkey into 4 patties. Grill patties about 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    3. To assemble burgers, spread 1/2 tablespoon pesto on bottom buns. Top each with 1/4 cup spinach, 2 slices ham, 1 slice Sartori cheese, grilled turkey patty, 1 Colby jack cheese slice and 1/8 cup red pepper slices. Spread remaining 1/2 tablespoon pesto on top buns and top red pepper slices.
