12 thin slices Dofino Pesto Gouda cheese
12 slice(s) Take and Bake baguette
¼ c. refrigerated pesto
2 plum tomatoes, cut into 12 slices
Fresh basil, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place 1 slice of cheese on each baguette slice. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto on top of cheese. Top each with 1 tomato slice.
  3. Place the crostini on a baking sheet and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Top with fresh basil, if desired, and serve warm.
