Pepperoni Bites

3 ½ oz. | pepperoni slices, chopped | |
1 c. | shredded Swiss cheese | |
1 | tomato, chopped | |
1 | small onion, chopped | |
¾ c. | mayonnaise | |
1 tsp. | dried basil leaves | |
2 | (10 oz each) tubes refrigerated flaky biscuits |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl, combine pepperoni, cheese, tomato, onion, mayonnaise and basil.
- Cut biscuits in half and place each half into greased miniature muffin cups, pressing gently to fit cups.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each biscuit cup.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
