|1||(13.8 oz) tube Pillsbury classic pizza crust|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee pizza sauce|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|
|½||small onion, quartered|
|⅓ c.||Hormel sliced pepperoni|
|½ c.||drained Giorgio pieces and stems mushrooms|
|1||tomato, thinly sliced|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll dough onto cookie sheet and press into a 10-by-14-inch rectangle. Prebake crust for 8 minutes. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, onion, pepperoni, mushrooms and tomato slices.
- Bake for an additional 16 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
