    1 (14-oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House seasonal peppermint cocoa cookie dough
    20 Rold Gold tiny twists original pretzels
    1 (10-oz.) pkg. white vanilla flavored melting wafers
    20 mini peppermint candy canes, crushed

    • 2 cookie sheets
    • Parchment paper
    • Wire rack
    • Microwave safe bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    2. Break cookie dough along pre-scored lines. Place dough rounds 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Place a pretzel twist in the center of each cookie dough round.

    3. Bake, one sheet at a time, 10 to 13 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on cookie sheet on wire rack 2 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

    4. Melt melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring each time. 

    5. Dip each cookie halfway into melted mixture; let excess drip off. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Let stand until set.
