|⅓ c. unpopped popcorn
|3 whole sugar-free peppermints, crushed
- Place oil in a heavy pan with a cover.
- Add unpopped popcorn and peppermints.
- Heat and shake until corn is popped.
- Cool and enjoy a sugar-free treat.
- Place in a covered container and add more wrapped mints for a colorful gift.
