    1 shot espresso
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tbsp. sweetened ground chocolate, such as Ghirardelli
    1 tbsp. peppermint-flavored coffee syrup
    Hy-Vee whipped cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Pull espresso shot. Steam milk to 120 degrees. Mix chocolate and peppermint syrup with espresso until smooth. Stir into steamed milk. Pour into mug and top with whipped cream, if desired.
