A gift of minty hot chocolate will warm the coming winter nights.

| 2 ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar | ||
| ⅓ c. Hy-Vee French vanilla coffee creamer powder | ||
| 2 c. Hy-Vee instant chocolate-flavored drink mix | ||
| 1 tbsp. Hy-Vee baking cocoa powder | ||
| 1 (3.9 oz) box Hy-Vee instant chocolate pudding mix | ||
| 5 finely crushed candy canes | ||
| Marshmallows, optional |
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except marshmallows. Fill mug with 2/3 cup water and 1/3 cup Peppermint Hot Chocolate mixture; stir to combine. Top with marshmallows if desired.
