    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ¼ tsp. chili powder
    ¼ tsp. garlic powder
    1 lbs. fresh jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded
    ½ c. dry bread crumbs
    sour cream, onion dip or ranch dressing, for dipping

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a 10-by-15-inch rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Beat together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, salt, chili powder and garlic powder. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each jalapeno pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes for spicy flavor, 30 minutes for medium and 40 minutes for mild flavor.
    4. Serve with sour cream, onion dip or ranch dressing, if desired.
