Directions
Heat butter and heavy whipping cream in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over low heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Allow chocolate chips to sit in the warm cream mixture for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and incorporated.
Arrange peeps on top of melted chocolate mixture. Place in preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until peeps are very soft, puffed, and light golden brown. Remove from oven and serve with graham crackers.
