    ½ c. butter, softened
    ½ c. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 c. flour
    ½ tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 ¼ c. beer, at room temperature
    ¾ c. chopped pecans


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Cut in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Slowly stir in beer to form soft dough and fold in pecans.
    3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
